The company Wherify Wireless now offers a nice prisoner-style GPS watch so you can monitor your child 24-7. The parent can define "safe zones" on a map and be notified when the little offender strays from the right path. Big Momma is watching you, but in these unsecure times(?) I'm sure the product will do well, especially in the States.
